We were given the chance to work with this incredible company once again and review another one of their hard cover books for children. Howard B. Wiggle bottom Learns About Sportsmanship: Winning isn't everything is for ages 4-8 year olds and teaches them about respect, camaraderie, teamwork and the pleasure of playing games and sports for the fun of it.

This book was a really good read for all three of my girls, especially the twins. The twins are always in competition with one another. They are at that age where whatever they play has to become an issue if one loses. They really expect to always win. I do let them win most of the time when I play with them, but when they play against each other it always ends up in an argument. I can say that reading them this book has been an amazing help, in helping my girls understand that winning is'nt everything and dealing with losing in a positive way. They learned that sometimes it’s fun just to play for fun. It has also helped them with sharing. Now when one wins they don't argue about it. They take turns and have learned that it is okay to lose sometime. I love the art work and colorful pages in this book.

Wedolisten.org has the Winning Isn’t Everything song, a printable poster, lessons & discussion questions on their site for FREE. This can come in handy for anyone that would like to make it a learning experience and even for home schooling mommas. Hardcover books retail for $15. They can be purchased almost anywhere books are sold in the U.S. and Canada. But the best deal is on their site wedolisten.org  books are $6 each or $50 for a set of all ten books US only.
