This is one of my favorite dishes to make!
What you will need-
o A Pressure Cooker to soften the meat. Some people make it without the pressure cooker,
but I find it much easier to soften my meat like this way.
o Cube Beef
o Cooking Wine 2 cups
o 6 Potatoes
o Tomato sauce 1/2 cup
o You will need to make a Sofrito for this recipe and add Sazon Goya con Azafran to the Sofrito (picture below). I have a "How to" for the Sofrito.
I usually start by putting the Cube Meat in the pressure cooker for 20 min and I add salt to the water. While the Meat is getting cooked, I start with my Sofrito.
Once my Sofrito is done, I add 1/2 cup of Tomato Sauce. Picture below of what the Sofrito looks like finished.
I then cut my potatoes into four pieces.
By this time the Meat is ready to be mixed in with the Sofrito and potatoes!
After you mix in the Potatoes and Sofrito make sure to add your 2 cups of Cooking Wine.
Then, cover the pot and cook it on Medium High for 25 minutes and then uncover it, make sure the potatoes are soft and let it cook for another 5 minutes uncovered.
And it's ready to eat, Enjoy!
