I recently ran into a problem. I bought cupcakes to bake and forgot to buy the cupcake pan to make them in (Brain Fart). I had my little diva's all hyped about making the cupcakes and I really didn't want to go out and buy the pan either. It was raining and very ugly outside. So I did what any other blogger would and went on my fan page asking “if I would be able to bake the cupcakes without the pan?” I was pretty surprised that I wasn't the only person that had thought of doing this.
I had a few fans tell me it wasn’t a good idea and that it would make a mess. Then one of my wonderful fans told me that she went on a camping trip once and used aluminum foil and it worked. She then sends me a picture to my page and I went ahead and gave it a try. Guess What? It worked!
I was so excited, that I wanted to share her idea with the world. Okay, maybe not the world but with my wonderful readers that I adore. Who knows maybe one day you lose you Cupcake Pan or go camping and forget you’re Cupcake Pan or you don’t own one and always wanted to bake Cupcakes!
What you would need-
- Aluminum Foil
- Cupcake Cups
- Cupcake mix

Up until a year ago, I had never made cupcakes with a cupcake pan! I just used two paper cups instead of one. Some stores also sell extra strength cupcake cups.
What a creative idea!! Thank you for sharing, I never would have considered you could even make cupcakes without a pan :)
I had no idea this worked! Whoa! So cool. I'm glad you found this out so you could tell me about it :)
What a GREAT idea!

Isn't that ingenious! I will definitely have to keep this in mind.
What a great idea!!
oh geez, so simple! I loaned my cupcake pan to a friend and will probably never get it back, so this is a great idea in case I need to make cupcakes and she still has it! Thanks!
